| Born in Ehime in 1980, lives and works in Kyoto. Selected solo exhibtions include "OPEN SPACE 2008 : emergencies! 008 :Lyota Yagi [Kai-Ten : the world's spinning]" NTT InterCommunication Center[ICC] in Tokyo (2008) ; "criterium70 : Lyota Yagi" at Art Tower Mito, Contemporary Art Gallery in Ibaraki(2007); "side a : timer / side b: waltz" at Mujin-to Production in Tok (2006). Selected group exhibitions include "KOBE ART ANNUAL 2005" at Kobe Art Village Center in Hyogo(2005); "Arte Povera Now and Then - Perspectives for a New Guerrilla Art" at ESSO gallery in New York(2007) ; "Exhibition as media" at Kobe Art Village Center in Hyogo (2007). |
